PB
This is PB. He’s what you would call a dreamer. He is constantly thinking about the future and dreaming big in every sense of the word. He loves playing with his friends and coming up with creative games to play as a group. His personal favorite was last week when he came up with an awesome racing game where he and his friends drew a race-track with side walk chalk, and then rode bikes on the track, while trying to throw bouncy balls at each other for extra points! To PB, the more creative the game, the better! When PB is not busy creating games for himself and his friends, he is often found lost in thought, just thinking about the future and all of the amazing things he can do with it. PB loves life and is excited at the prospect that if he works hard enough, anything is possible.
When it comes to money, PB has big dreams too. He dreams of making a lot o money one day, and becoming like his favorite super hero, Maximum Bacon! Maximum Bacon, always has money, and he has mastered earning more of it. He is so cool! At the end of the day, PB wants to earn a lot of money to be able to buy cool things, and have cool experiences with his family and those he loves, but he also wants to be able to give back and help others with his money too! If PB can get good enough at earning money, then think of all the good he could do in the world!
In order to make his financial dreams come true, PB loves to learn about money, in fact, he is an extremely voracious learner. He is constantly reading books, watching videos, and listening to podcasts, to learn everything there is to know about how to manage money effectively. He believes that if he can learn everything he can, while listening to the leading voices about finances, that he’ll one day be able to achieve his goal!
This is Maverick, he’s a bit of a rebel. He loves to move at the beat of his own drum, and is constantly looking for the best ways to do things.
When it comes to money, Maverick is not scared of a little risk. When he looks and sees others saving money to invest and for retirement, he’s a bit skeptical about their approach. I mean, how many people that follow that plan are actually financially well off enough when they retire? Turns out, not very many. This has inspired Maverick to look for solid ways to invest, that isn’t the same old, same old. He has found recently that he is really interested in investments like Real Estate, where the investment strategy is tried and true, and where investors can earn a lot of income, and get tax benefits too!
Maverick
Mo-Mo
This is Mo-Mo, she loves everything that has to do with art. What can she say, she’s a creative! Whether she is drawing a picture, making sculptures out of play-dough, or baking a fun looking cake, Mo-Mo is all about it. She loves art because as she does it, she can get into “the Zone” and just work. She can’t get enough of it! When she is stressed or tired, Mo-Mo is always grabbing a crayon or other art tools to just get creating.
When it comes to money, Mo-Mo doesn’t much care about it. Fundamentally, she knows that you need money in order to eat, live, and do fun things, but honestly, Mo-Mo would just love to be able to draw and make art. She’s hoping she can make money with her art someday and that things will work out for her that way! She’s pretty glad that she has friends like PB and Maverick that are really interested in money, it helps her feel like she’s learning what she needs to learn, but that she herself, doesn’t need to specialize in it. In return, she loves to draw them pictures, or draw up awesome race-tracks for the gang when PB comes up with another one of his crazy ideas.
Since Mo-Mo dedicates all her free time to art, she has gotten extremely talented! She is proof to all her friends that if you work hard you can do anything! When Mo-Mo started she struggled to even make a good tick figure, but now look at her! All her friends are super impressed by her, and it motivates them all to work hard, so they can become super skilled at something just like Mo-Mo is!
Bookwork loves two things more than anything else in the world. Reading and trains. Both, propel him forward through his imagination and take him to where he wants to go. Bookworm has been reading books voraciously ever since the moment that reading finally clicked for him. He loves to learn about space, and pirates, and exotic animals, and of course about trains. He also loves to read fiction stories where the main characters of the stories have to fight dragons, or learn to use magic, or stop the bad guy in a futuristic space colony. When it comes to trains, Bookworm loves to build model trains, watch videos of trains zooming around, and especially loves to set up the candy train every Christmas. He loves building the track around the Christmas tree every year with his parents, and he especially loves to sneak candies from off the candy cart whenever he can.
Bookworm has learned a lot about money over the years. He has learned that there are all types of money throughout the world, and he has learned that if he can put together 100 pennies then he has just earned a dollar. When it comes to making money, Bookworm is not nearly as gutsy as Maverick or even PB is. He’s not very interested in starting his own companies in the future, but any time PB or Maverick has a master plan to sell lemonade to the neighbors or sell old toys, Bookworm is all on board to help! Bookworm is admired by all his friends for the one that knows EVERYTHING. He teaches his friends about all the things he reads about, and inspires them all to read a bit more every day themselves.

Zippy
Zippy has lived in the neighborhood longer than anyone. He has flown between the bushes and trees for what feels like forever, but it wasn’t until Preston started chasing him down daily that he really became one of the group. As the kids have gotten to know him, and subsequently gave him his nickname Zippy, they’ve realized that this butterfly seriously loves adrenaline and going fast! Supercharge seems to have so much fun running from Preston, and on the days Preston isn’t around, sometimes you can see him attempting incredible feats of danger! One of PB’s favorites to watch is when Zippy flies straight up as far as he can and then just stops flapping his wings causing himself to plummet to the ground at an incredible speed. Just when PB starts to feel nauseous and Zippy is seemingly inches from the ground, he’ll start flapping his wings again and do it all over again. Zippy is super fun to watch, especially if you give him hoops to fly through or other fun obstacles.
When it comes to money, Zippy doesn’t care. He’s a butterfly! Butterflies don’t need to use money, silly!
Preston is the youngest of the group, and admittedly is a bit timid when he’s playing with all his friends. The truth of the matter of it though is that Preston, is everybody’s favorite friend. He is so caring and genuine, and is so dang adorable. The whole group treats Preston like their little brother, and will do whatever they can to protect the little guy. Preston loves to play with legos and really wants to learn how to play catch! Right now, he finds it’s a little tough for him to catch the ball when his friends throw it to him.
When it comes to money, Preston has no idea about any of that. He is much too concerned about chasing butterflies, riding bikes, and trying to draw chalk art with the help of Mo-Mo. He loves playing with his friends, and whenever Preston does earn kudos, PB and the rest of the gang are there to help him think through how to use them best.
Preston
T-Ball
T-Ball may not be his real name, but it’s a nickname that quickly stuck when he discovered his love for baseball! Secretly, his real name is Timothy, but he definitely has come to like T-ball more when he is hanging out with his friends. From the first time T-ball watched a baseball game, and all the players having so much fun, he was absolutely hooked. T-ball used to go to the park for hours trying to throw a ball up in the air and hit it with his bat. It took him a long time to consistently hit the ball, but he just couldn’t wait until he could hit the ball every time. His friends were all really awesome about it too. Mo-Mo was always drawing something, Bookworm was always reading, PB was always coming up with some new plan, and Preston was always chasing butterflies, so it worked out well. Whenever anyone got tired, they would all start to play together until the sun went down anyway. T-Ball’s number one mission in life right now is to help Preston learn how to catch and throw a baseball. He’s been a bit hard to teach since he’s so little, but T-Ball has high hopes for the kid. Preston absolutely loves T-Ball as a result.
Money has never been a super big deal to T-Ball. He figured he could always grow up to be a professional athlete or something and make plenty of money to take care of himself and his family. He won’t say it, but he definitely does appreciate the way PB talks about money and helps him learn important financial principles. Although, T-Ball is not super into studying money and everything, he is grateful for the help! Not having enough money when you get older seems like it could be really tough!
This little egg is one of PB’s favorite toys. He is a royal king and in some ways is a bit of inspiration for PB! PB likes to come up with stories about how His Egg-silence became king and originally amassed all his fame and wealth. The world may never know exactly how he did it, but if you ask PB it’s definitely because His Egg-silence perfected the world’s best pancakes and grew an empire of pancakes and heavenly syrups of every flavor! If it isn’t that, PB is 100% sure then that the wealth must have come from waffles instead.
